About the role

Account Manager

At Creed Comms, we work with some of the UK’s largest employers to help them attract, recruit and retain the talent they need to thrive. We’re a secure and growing talent communications, advertising, and media agency that’s 100% employee-owned. And it’s our vision to be the most admired, thanks to our strong business, talented people, and unbelievable results.

Due to a year of growth and several new client wins, we are recruiting an Account Manager to join our Client Success team. Your role here will be to:

  • Build highly trusted, reliable, responsive, and proactive client relationships
  • Support across some of our most valuable and long-standing clients
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of advertising campaigns and BAU work, ensuring tasks flow smoothly between the agency and the client on time and on brief
  • Take detailed client briefs, manage schedules, and liaise directly with our partners, from job boards to videographers
  • Maintain perfect account hygiene, ensuring tracking dashboards, POs, and reporting data are strictly up-to-date and accurate
  • Create and analyse precise end-of-campaign reports and actively listen during client calls to spot potential opportunities that are mutually beneficial
  • Ensure seamless delivery, working within agreed SLAs and producing work and communications of high quality.

You will need proven experience in an agency, marketing, or client service environment. It is important that you:

  • Possess exceptional organisational skills to juggle multiple campaigns, briefs, and deadlines
  • Are a clear, confident, and professional communicator on daily client calls, face-to-face meetings, and emails
  • Have rigorous attention to detail, meticulously checking work before it goes to the client or your colleagues
  • Are highly proactive, chasing internally and externally to keep projects moving forward
  • Maintain a positive, resilient, and solution-focused attitude when challenges or shifting priorities arise
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in mathematics and English.

Our total rewards package is generous. You’ll have a voice in the business, a share in our profits, and benefit from real investment in your development and wellbeing. Our perks include:

  • 28 days’ holiday + bank holidays + Christmas closure + your birthday off
  • Bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary
  • Tax-free profit share & quarterly team bonuses
  • £500 training allowance, SMART objectives & regular PDRs
  • And we're 2 mins from Altrincham centre, tram/trains
  • Plus, too many socials to mention!

Initial informal online interview, followed by one or two in-person interviews.
