03 / How Team4Rec tools are designed
- Humans, not algorithms. Every human review service involves a real reviewer. No automatic CV score, no AI report, no algorithmic pass/fail.
- Free where it counts. The reviews are free. Optional paid follow-ups (e.g. CV rewrites) exist, but a free tool never requires a paid step.
- Public page = learn. Signed-in page = use.Public pages explain the tool or service so anyone can read about it; the actual conversion or request happens inside the signed-in jobseeker workspace.
- No tool we don't mean. If a tool is not live yet, it sits in “Being prepared” with no working form. We don't collect data for tools that don't exist.
- No application-sending on your behalf. Team4Rec does not submit applications, contact employers, or share your CV. Anything you send us is reviewed only by Team4Rec.
