Terms for using Team4Rec.

These terms apply when you browse Team4Rec, create or use an account, view jobs, contact candidates through a consent-led flow, or request a Team4Rec service.

Team4Rec provides recruitment-support tools, recruitment information, and human-delivered services. Team4Rec does not employ jobseekers, make hiring decisions for employers, or guarantee that an employer or recruiter will respond.

Some features require a signed-in jobseeker or recruiter account. Service availability follows the audience, account role, and scope shown on the relevant page.

• Use the jobseeker or recruiter account intended for your role and keep your sign-in details secure.
• Provide information you are entitled to provide and keep important account or request details accurate.
• Do not access another person's account, misuse candidate data, evade consent controls, disrupt the service, or submit unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not paste sensitive personal information into fields that ask you not to. Use the shipped CV and account workflows where provided.

Team4Rec shows live UK jobs from the CV-Library affiliate feed and may show roles posted directly through Team4Rec. Job details, availability, closing dates, and employer processes can change. Check important information with the advertiser before relying on it.

Following an external application link does not mean Team4Rec submitted an application or confirmed that an employer received it. Career, CV, matching, and recruiter-readability information is practical guidance, not a hiring decision or guarantee.

Team4Rec's candidate and recruiter services are reviewed and delivered by people under the scope shown on the relevant service page or confirmed directly with you. B2B services remain proposal-first: scope, price, and delivery steps are agreed manually.

Managed Sourcing is a defined assignment tied to a brief or vacancy. CV Sourcing Mini is ongoing starter or pilot support. Neither description promises a hire, a fixed candidate volume, or an automated subscription.

• £5 Quick Optimisation. One human improvement pass on one CV or one LinkedIn profile, covering practical wording, structure, and positioning without invented claims.
• £15 Full Career Pack. CV improvement, LinkedIn positioning support, and one cover-letter support or draft pass without invented experience or achievements.
• Current payment handling. No payment is taken automatically. Team4Rec confirms the price and next step by email before work proceeds.
• Cancellations and refunds. Requests are reviewed manually before further work proceeds. These terms do not create an automatic refund process or promise a cancellation deadline.
• Extra changes. Any extra changes are agreed with you before further work continues.

Where Team4Rec says “within 1 business day”, this means the first response or confirmation only. It is not a delivery SLA. Delivery timing depends on the agreed scope and the information needed to complete the work.

Team4Rec does not guarantee an interview, job offer, recruiter response, hire, candidate availability, or LinkedIn outcome. Services improve presentation, organisation, or sourcing support; they do not control third-party decisions.

Personal data is handled as described in the current privacy notice. That notice identifies items still awaiting owner or legal confirmation.

Candidate contact details and CV access remain behind the shipped consent and permission flows. Employer Introduction preferences describe what a candidate may want; they are not consent to share information. Team4Rec does not automate introductions or hiring decisions.

Team4Rec links to or uses third-party services where the product makes that clear, including CV-Library job and application links and Trustpilot reviews. Third-party sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and Team4Rec does not control their availability, content, or decisions.

Team4Rec may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect users, candidate information, security, service reliability, or the acceptable-use boundaries above. Features, service availability, and published information may change as the product operates. Material next steps for an existing manual request are confirmed directly where needed.
