01 / Convert your CV
Two ways to convert. Your wording is preserved verbatim.
Use a CV from your account.
Convert one of your uploaded CVs from CV Documents into a clean DOCX. DOCX gives the cleanest result; text-based PDF works too.
Paste your CV text.
When you want full control over the words and order. Your wording is preserved verbatim.

02 / Converter guide
- DOCX gives the cleanest result.
- Text-based PDF works. Scanned PDFs and images aren't supported.
- For an older .doc file, open it in Word, Google Docs, or LibreOffice and save it as DOCX or PDF, then try again.
03 / What changes · What stays the same
- Layout, spacing, hierarchy, typography
- Mobile-readable, ATS-safe geometry
- Section structure rendered consistently
- Kindle / Hybrid readable Team4Rec format
- Every word of your CV
- Your achievements, dates, and order
- Your voice and your phrasing
- No invented achievements
04 / Honest limits
We're explicit about what the converter is and is not:
- Formatting only, not a job result. A cleaner layout helps your CV get read more carefully — it does not promise any specific recruiter response, shortlist, or interview outcome.
- We never send applications for you. The converter produces a DOCX you can use yourself. It does not submit your CV to any employer, job board, or recruiter.
- We never contact employers on your behalf. The output is yours to review and use as you choose.
- No AI rewrite. The converter does not use a language model to reword your CV. Your sentences come through verbatim. If you want a recruiter-style rewrite, Team4Rec offers that as a separate paid service.
- No automatic score. No number, badge, or pass/fail signal is generated by software. There is no algorithmic CV rating on this page or in the workspace.
- No ATS-pass promise. The output follows common patterns that work well with standard applicant tracking systems, but no tool can promise any specific system will accept any specific CV. Always review the file before submitting.
- You should review the final file before sending. The converter is a layout helper; the final check is yours. Open the DOCX, scan it the way a recruiter would, and edit anything that doesn't read right.
- We never share your CV. Pasted text and any generated DOCX stay inside your signed-in Team4Rec session — never shared with employers, recruiters, or third parties.
05 / FAQ
Is this an AI rewrite?
No. The converter does not run your CV through a language model and does not rewrite, paraphrase, or invent content. It only rebuilds the layout — spacing, headings, structure, reading order — while preserving your wording verbatim. If you want a human-led recruiter-style rewrite, Team4Rec offers that as a separate paid service.
Does it send my CV anywhere?
No. The conversion runs inside your signed-in Team4Rec workspace. The output DOCX is yours to download. We never submit your CV to employers, job boards, recruiters, or any third party. Team4Rec does not send applications on your behalf.
Can I edit the DOCX after?
Yes. The converter outputs a regular DOCX file you can open in Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice, or any modern document editor. You can edit, save under a new name, and re-export to PDF if you prefer to send a PDF copy.
Do I need an account to use the converter?
Yes — the converter runs inside the signed-in jobseeker workspace. Creating a free Team4Rec account takes a moment; once signed in, you can paste CV text or use a CV you've uploaded, and download the rebuilt DOCX.
Is this the same as a CV review?
No — these are different things. The CV Format Converter is a layout helper that produces a cleaner DOCX automatically. A CV review is a written, human read of your CV that comes back with structural feedback and concrete suggestions. They're complementary: many users run the converter first to clean up the layout, then ask for a review on the tidier file.
