Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager
- Drive sales and performance across all KPI’s
- Take full ownership of the shopfloor, including planning and delivering promotions
- Lead from the front with a hands‑on, positive approach
- Maintain excellent merchandising standards and strong stock control
