Cleaning Supervisor – Temp to Perm
📍 Peterborough
🕘 Monday to Friday
⏰ Hours Are Variable | Earlies 6:00am – 2:00pm | Lates 11am - 7pm | Weekends spot checks either 7am-1pm or 1pm-6pm
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Supervisor to join a busy site in Peterborough.
We are looking for someone who is well presented, energetic, polite, and has a strong eye for detail.
Duties Include:
- Supervise and support cleaning staff on daily duties
- Assign tasks and monitor work quality standards
- Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained properly
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety
- Manage staff schedules and attendance
- Check and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Report maintenance issues and resolve cleaning concerns
- Maintain excellent customer service and professional standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene standards are met

Must be able to start immediately Picture ID required on arrival for site security
Must wear: Safety Footwear, Hi Viz Vest, Black Top, Black Trousers. Reliable, sociable, and professional attitude Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
