About the Role:
As a Client Care Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting and delighting clients. From handling enquiries to collaborating with internal teams, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring client needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for client enquiries, bookings, and report queries.
- Address client concerns promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach to ensure outstanding client experiences.
- Support Account Managers by updating client details, preparing reports, and coordinating communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and continuously improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Share insights from client interactions to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities with a talent for building rapport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to client interactions.
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
