This role offers an excellent opportunity to build strong relationships across a diverse client base — from sole traders to senior leaders of larger organisations — while working closely with experienced colleagues to support business objectives and exceed service expectations.
Role Overview
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
- Review client documentation with a keen eye for detail to support the quoting process.
- Assist Commercial Account Executives in driving high levels of renewal retention, exceeding expectations and meeting FCA requirements.
- Process data promptly and accurately using internal systems to support excellent levels of client service and internal process execution.
- Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager and other internal stakeholders to achieve team goals.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys varied daily work, and is eager to progress professionally within the commercial insurance sector.

- Previous experience in insurance.
