We're looking for a creative thinker, visual storyteller, and talented designer to join a growing strategy-led marketing agency in Northampton.
Whether you're a recent graduate with an exceptional portfolio or you have up to 2 years of commercial design experience, we want to see work that demonstrates creativity, originality, and the ability to bring ideas to life.
This is an opportunity to work on exciting projects across multiple brands and industries, creating everything from social content and digital campaigns to branding, websites, print materials, and marketing assets. No two days are the same, and you'll have the chance to make a genuine impact from day one.
The Role
You'll create engaging digital and print marketing materials, develop branding and visual identity projects, design content for social media and digital campaigns, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding creative solutions.
What We're Looking For

A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, design thinking, and visual communication skills

A recent Graphic Design graduate or someone with up to 2 years of commercial experience
*
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
*
Excellent typography, layout, and attention to detail
*
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for design
