Customer Service Representative ( Inbound )
£12.71 per hour weekly pay
Monday to Friday 10.00 to 15.00 with flexibility
Immediate start
Based in Southampton
My client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage the following :
- Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Proving accurate information regarding the services
- Resolve any customer issues
- Document customer interactions and feedback
- Process payments
- Order processing and tracking
To be successful in this role you will require :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work flexible hours to cover holiday and sickness
- Good attention to detail
- Experience using customer service software and Microsoft Office
- Good problem solving skills
