Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Inspire Resourcing Ltd are proud to be supporting a long‑established and respected organisation in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you’ll play a key role in keeping manufacturing equipment running smoothly, safely and efficiently. If you enjoy problem‑solving, variety and working in a team that genuinely cares about continuous improvement, this role will suit you perfectly.
The Role:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site equipment
- Responding to breakdowns with a proactive, root‑cause mindset
- Completing repairs on plant machinery and electrical systems
- Supporting Lean initiatives and improvement projects
- Helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site
- Maintaining a strong, positive approach to Health & Safety at all times
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Maintenance
- Understanding of hydraulics, overhead cranes and pneumatics
- FLT or Overhead Crane licence (bonus)
- Knowledge of Siemens or Fanuc controls (advantage)

- £38 - £39,000 DOE + overtime opportunities
