Main duties:
Manage and supervise field crews and office operations to ensure project success, safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.
The role:
- Supervise and coordinate field crews including technicians, foremen, and site leads
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain project schedules, inventories, and documentation
- Provide clients with regular updates and progress reports
- Oversee specialized tasks such as confined space entry and equipment inspections
- Manage office functions including documentation, logistics, and personnel records
- Support hiring, onboarding, crew development, and HR compliance
- Act as liaison between field teams and management to ensure smooth communication
The candidate:
- Proven leadership experience in field services, industrial settings or construction
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gantt charts, and digital scheduling tools
- Certifications including General Industry Safety Training, First Aid, Confined Space, Scaffolding, Swing Stage,
valid Driver’s License
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to clear planning, respectful communication, and client-focused service
- Willing to travel across Europe for consecutive weeks to visit customer sites
The salary:
Base salary between €60,000 and €80,000 per annum
Bonus incentives based on project deliverables and financial performance
