Starlink Installation Technician – Nationwide

Are you ready to help install Starlinks across the nation? We’re looking for skilled technicians to join our growing team of Starlink installers.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Install Starlink systems at customer locations
- Safely mount antenna equipment on rooftops or suitable structures (based on pre-site surveys)
- Professionally run and secure cabling from the antenna to the Starlink
- Configure and program the Starlink
- Test, troubleshoot, and ensure everything is performing perfectly before leaving the site
- Deliver excellent customer service and answer customer questions
- Complete a handover pack with a description of the work and required photos at the end of each job
- Educate customers on using their new Starlink system
🔧 What You Need
- Strong understanding of telecom systems and equipment
- Experience with fibre splicing & low-voltage cabling
- Confidence with hand tools and network installation
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous service technician experience is an advantage
📌 Additional Requirements you will need to own
- 3 metre capable ladder
- Tools suitable for Starlink installation
- Ability to climb and work safely on roofs within Health & Safety guidelines
- Your own liability insurance
- A reliable vehicle with sufficient space to carry up to 2 Starlinks
- Ability to carry out pre-installation surveys and site visits
