Large Format Print / Finishing Operative | Maidenhead, Berkshire | £32,000 – £37,000 DOE | Full Time
Are you hands-on, detail-driven and passionate about producing high-quality print and display work?
We’re recruiting for an experienced Large Format Print / Finishing Operative to join a busy, well-established production team working across retail, event and office branding graphics.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality and likes being part of a team that genuinely pulls together to get the job done.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating large format print and finishing equipment
- Trimming, laminating, mounting, weeding and assembly work
- Supporting print production and ensuring colour/quality standards are maintained
- Operating cutters, laminators and finishing equipment
- Carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimise downtime
- Supporting smooth production flow in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Maintaining a tidy, safe and organised workspace
Equipment experience we’d love:
Experience with HP Latex, SwissQ, Zund, laminators, vinyl cutters or similar large format equipment would be highly beneficial.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in large format print and finishing
- Is hands-on and enjoys working in production
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality output
- Works well in a team and is happy to muck in when needed
- Is proactive, reliable and enjoys problem solving
- Wants to learn, develop and grow within a successful business
