Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday - Thursday (7.30 am to 4.30 pm). Friday (7:30am to 13:30pm)
Salary: £12.21 per hour

We are recruiting Machine Operatives to join a fast-paced, precision-focused production team within a well-established manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a hands-on background in machine operation who thrives in a team setting and is eager to learn and grow.
Role Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC and/or other production machinery in line with safety and quality standards
- Conduct regular visual and measurement-based quality checks
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and maintain workflow
- Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
- Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organised workspace

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operative role
- A quick learner with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Someone who takes pride in their work and is passionate about producing high-quality products
- A team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
