Merchandiser (Temp) - Suffolk- £12.82 P/h
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary field based Merchandiser throughout August for our client covering the Suffolk area. This role will require a lot of driving so please bare that in mind before applying to the role!
Pay rate: £12.82 p/h
Start Date: ASAP End Date: 28th August 2026
Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00am-17:30pm (37.5 per week)
Key Responsibilities
Visit newsagents and supermarkets across the territory on a regular basis.
Report back on store visits each working day.
Ensure point-of-sale materials are displayed in line with company plans.
Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and awareness.
Maintain full availability of titles in each outlet.
Seek opportunities to increase distribution through alternative outlets where appropriate.What We're Looking For
Confident communicating with people and representing our brands professionally.
Able to work independently and use initiative.
Committed to ensuring our titles are promoted to the highest standard.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Previous merchandising experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.Additional Information
There is a significant amount of driving involved, with average daily mileage typically around 60-70 miles, though generally less on Fridays.
Most working days will be focused in the Ipswich and South Suffolk area, apart from Fridays in Beccles/Bungay.
Mileage is paid at 30p per mile.
