Start Your Culinary Journey as a Kitchen Porter!
As our Kitchen Porter, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen team, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. From keeping our dishes sparkling clean to helping with food prep, your contributions will be essential to our chefs' success. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining a tidy workspace, organizing supplies, and supporting our team during busy shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the kitchen and storage areas tidy.
- Help with food preparation when needed.
- Dispose of waste properly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good levels of communication
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices
- Knowledge of health and safety practices with the kitchen environment
