38-HOUR CONTRACT - DAY SHIFTS ONLY - CIRCA £27-29,500 SALARY + BENEFITS
Leisure Solutions specialise in the recruitment of Leisure and Hospitality professionals across the UK, working with a range of businesses to attract the right people.
We are working with this award winning multi-purpose retail outlet with several venues across the South of England, each venue has a large, high-volume on-site restaurant. These restaurants provide Breakfast and Lunch dining, operating between the core hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday's to Saturday's and between 10:00am and 4:00pm on a Sunday.
The venue offers full breakfast service until 11.30am and then an array of hot-food, served counter style, which includes fresh Pizza's, home cooked pies and an on-site carvery.
You will oversee our counter service, predominately the patisserie counter. A strong pastry background is therefore a requirement of this position.
This role benefits from Sociable hours with no split-shifts
Key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standard of customer service is always delivered. You must be a Team player and support the rest of the kitchen team during a busy service.
This role is well suited to a self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be proactive and energetic and be able to work in a busy fast paced environment.
*Previous catering, Patisserie and high-volume production experience is preferred.*
