About the role
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 08:00hrs - 16:30hrs / Friday: 08:00hrs- 15:30hrs
Own Transportation Required
Key Responsibilities:
- POTTING
- Work as part of the potting team to ensure good quality plants at an acceptable rate
- PACKING
- Work as part of the packing team to ensure plants are prepared for customers in a clean, labelled and correct manner. Paying attention to through put of trays and quality
- PROPAGATION
- Work as part of the prop. team to take cuttings in order to produce young plants for growing on
- PLANT CARE
- Assist with weeding, trimming, plant moving and watering
- GENERAL
- Always ensuring that the Nursery is kept tidy and areas are cleaned after work is finished
