Plant Nursery Workers Required to start ASAP!
Location: Chelmsford, Essex, CM1,
Pay: Competitive salary - £12.71hr – Weekly pay
Contract Details: Temp / seasonal – ongoing until October 2026
Hours: 7am – 5pm Monday – Friday – (optional overtime offered daily until 7pm)
Duties:
- Working outside in all weathers
- Warehouse Duties - Receive and document incoming stock
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Labelling products
- Some heavy lifting and loading
- Pushing and moving trollies around nursery /yard & field spaces
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred
- Must be willing to work outside as job will be outside.
- Must speak Communicative English & be able to read written English
- Physically fit as bending and lifting involved
- Flexibility with working hours as changes over peak season
