Production Operative
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our friendly and supportive electronics manufacturing team in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Assembly Operative or Factory Operative looking to build a long-term career within a successful global manufacturing business.
Whether you already have experience in production, assembly or manufacturing, or you're looking to start your career in manufacturing, full training will be provided. If you're hardworking, reliable and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 2:30pm (start your weekend early!)
- 37 hours per week
- Overtime available
Salary
£23,492 per annum, plus an attendance bonus (and any additional bonus scheme if applicable).
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role within our electronics manufacturing team, assembling high-quality electronic products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling electronic products and components
- Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Following manufacturing processes and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the production line to achieve daily production targets
- Working collaboratively as part of a busy and supportive production team
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good attention to detail
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous experience as a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Assembly Operative, Factory Operative, or within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
