Clements Young Norwich is recruiting three Production Operatives to join a busy food production team based near Melton Constable, Norfolk.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business producing high-quality food products in a fast-paced environment.
The roles are temporary to permanent, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract subject to performance and attendance.
The Role
You’ll be working as part of a three-person production team, carrying out a variety of tasks including:
- Baking products
- Cutting and filling products
- Flow wrapping and packaging
- Maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
Full training will be provided, but you’ll need to be able to learn new processes quickly and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bakery, food production, catering or factory experience is preferred
- Good hand speed and excellent attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work well as part of a team
Applications are also welcome from candidates without direct experience who can demonstrate they have the right attitude, dexterity and willingness to learn.
What’s on Offer
- £12.71 per hour (£14.22 including holiday pay)
- Fixed Day Shifts - Monday to Friday – no weekends
- Full training provided
- Temp to perm opportunity after approximately
