About the role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in the RG4 area. You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
- Support individuals with medication administration in line with company policies.
- Encourage independence and participation in social and community activities.
- Maintain accurate care records and reports.
- Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of service users.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns appropriately.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring, patient, and reliable nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred but not essential.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
