  • Deliver product and system training to customers and channel partners.
  • Support a portfolio of professional wireless communication technologies, including digital and analogue radio systems, LTE, Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC), and IP-based network infrastructure.
  • Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and solution design.

About You

We're looking for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working with customers and solving complex engineering challenges.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience supporting professional mobile radio (PMR) or other mission-critical communications systems.
  • Hands-on experience installing, configuring, or maintaining analogue, DMR, LTE, or TETRA communication solutions.
  • Previous experience in a technical support, systems engineering, or pre-sales engineering role within a commercial B2B environment.
  • A qualification in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A solid understanding of RF engineering principles and wireless communications.
  • Knowledge of IP networking, including TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls, and related networking technologies.
  • Familiarity with DMR and TETRA standards, including Tier I, II and III architectures.
  • Strong analytical and fault-finding skills with a structured approach to problem solving.
  • Experience working with digital radio infrastructure, RF terminals, and associated communication systems.
  • Experience using service desk or ticket management software such as Zendesk or similar would be advantageous.

What You'll Receive

  • Ongoing technical and professional development.
  • Exposure to advanced communications and networking technologies.
  • A supportive, collaborative working environment.
  • Opportunities to work on a variety of customer projects across the UK and Europe.
  • The chance to build your career within an innovative engineering-focused organisation
