What you’ll do
- Deliver a wide range of commercial surveying services
- Lead surveys, TDD, dilapidations and defect analysis
- Run refurbishment, conversion and new-build projects
- Prepare feasibility studies and condition reports
- Support colleagues and help develop client relationships
- Contribute to team growth through great service and fee generation
What you’ll bring
- MRICS qualification and strong industry experience
- Excellent technical knowledge and report writing skills
- Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships
- Strong organisation and time management
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- Full UK driving licence
