About the role

Job Overview

A Senior Interior Designer job in Surrey working on luxury residential interiors for private clients and developers across the UK and internationally. This role suits a creative and technically strong designer with substantial UK experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects.

You will lead projects through all design stages, producing concepts, presentations, technical packages and interior architectural detailing. The position includes site involvement, client liaison and mentoring junior designers within a collaborative studio environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead luxury interior projects through all design stages

Produce design concepts, presentations and technical packages

Develop detailed interior architectural information

Support site delivery and maintain design intent

Mentor junior designers and report to department leaders

Skills & Experience Required

At least 7 years' relevant UK design experience

Luxury residential or hospitality project experience

Proven project leadership from concept through completion

Strong technical, detailing and client communication skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite

A valid driving licence and access to a car

Salary & Benefits

£50,000+ dependent on experience

25 days' holiday plus bank holidays

Four office days and one homeworking day

Regular social events and team activities
