Lead high-profile global retail display and production projects.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a highly successful international retail marketing business delivering premium retail display and production solutions for global brands.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex production programmes, manage senior client relationships and mentor Project Managers while driving operational excellence.

The Senior Project Manager Role:

  • Lead complex print, production and retail display projects.
  • Manage senior client relationships and become a trusted business partner.
  • Oversee procurement, manufacturing, production and installation.
  • Drive commercial performance, profitability and process improvements.
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead supplier negotiations and cost management.
  • Mentor and support Project Managers.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with international business units.
  • Occasional UK and international travel.

About the successful Senior Project Manager:

You'll ideally have experience within:

  • Retail Display
  • POS
  • Print Production
  • Manufacturing
  • Shopper Marketing
  • Creative Production

You'll also have:

  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Experience managing senior client relationships
  • Excellent supplier management skills
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
