About the role
We are currently recruiting for Telemarketers to join our client in Birmingham City Centre. This is a hybrid role once trained, but some travel to the City Centre office will be required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Calling potential customers, gathering information
- Arranging/ making appointments for telephone consultants
- Lead generation and profiling
- High volume of outbound telephone calls
- Excellent customer service required
