The Role:
Silcom Recruitment currently have a great opportunity available for an experienced Vehicle Technician, working for an established client of ours based in Plymouth. This role will be working in a Van Centre, on a variety of LCV's, as well as motorhomes too.

Our client is an established main dealership group, representing multiple brands.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Undertake repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
PDI/Prep work (subject to experience) Our client will look at Diagnostic & Master Technician level applicants also.
MOT testing
A Full UK Driving Licence
The ability to communicate with customers effectively
A sound mechanical knowledge
Level 3 qualified
Franchise or independent workshop experience preferred
Package:
Basic salary up to £42,000 dependent on experience.
Up to £8,000 Relocation package - negotiated into package.
OTE £45,000 - £50,000 UNCAPPED - Bonus uncapped, paid on 70% + of productivity, 70% = £400 per month, 80% = £500 per month etc etc.
4 day working week - 42.5 hour working week, spread across 4 days. NO WEEKENDS.
