Web Experience Developer (Marketing Agency)

Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 remote

Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)

We're a growing marketing agency creating high‑performing digital experiences for a wide range of brands. We're looking for an experienced Web Experience Developer (Front-End) who loves building fast, accessible, conversion‑focused websites and campaign experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who sits comfortably between design, marketing, and development, and takes pride in turning creative ideas into polished, user‑friendly digital experiences that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Building responsive, user‑focused front‑end experiences for marketing websites and campaigns

Developing landing pages, microsites, and interfaces designed to support lead generation and conversion

Collaborating closely with designers to faithfully translate designs into production‑ready code

Implementing animations, interactions, and UI enhancements using modern JavaScript

Optimising front‑end performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices

Supporting marketing teams with A/B tests, content updates, and marketing campaign launches

Working within Zoho and other CMS / platform tools to support marketing functionality

Maintaining clean, scalable, and reusable front‑end code across projects

Managing tasks and feedback through internal project management and CRM systemsWhat We're Looking For

Must have proven work experience in similar Front-End Web Experience role, preferably within a Marketing Agency/Retail environment

Strong experience with HTML, CSS / SASS, and JavaScript

Proven experience building marketing‑led websites, landing pages, or digital campaigns

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross‑browser compatibility

Comfortable working in an agency environment with multiple clients and deadlines

Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and non‑technical stakeholdersSalary up to £50,000, depending on experience, hybrid working with flexible hours, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, friendly culture - working in a dynamic, forward-thinking agency environment
